According to documents filed with the SEC on April 16, 2020, San Francisco based Francisco Partners plans to raise $8 billion in new capital for two funds.
Francisco Partners notified the SEC on April 16, 2020 of its plans to raise $6.6 billion for Francisco Partners Fund VI, and another $1.4 billion for Francisco Partners Agility II.
According to its website, Francisco Partners has raised $15 billion to date, and invested in 110 companies.
The new filings represent a significant expansion of Francisco Partners available capital.
